Household Income - may be defined differently by various programs and must be validated with specific program guidelines. In general, Household Income is considered the gross income from all sources by all residents within the home.
Square Footage - may be defined differently by various programs and must be validated with specific program guidelines. Typically, square footage is considered the finished above ground square footage of your home. This would be a similar number as to what would be listed in a Multiple Listing service if you were to sell your home.
